Important Collection Information
Only collect once you’ve received our notification. Bring your order confirmation or invoice, as we cannot release items without it.
Use a suitable vehicle and transport glass upright and well-protected. We do not provide loading assistance. Unsafe transport methods may be refused.
Check all units before loading—once collected, responsibility transfers to you.
Orders must be collected within 5 working days of notification; uncollected items may incur storage fees or be disposed of.
Visitors must follow site safety rules, and access to production areas is restricted.
Refunds & Cancellations
All units are made to order and non-refundable. Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins, even if they are not collected.

Important Delivery Information
Please check your glass units on arrival. Any damage must be reported immediately with clear photos—claims made later may not be accepted.
Delivery is to ground-floor locations only unless agreed in advance. If access is blocked, the address is incorrect, or no one is available to receive the order, re-delivery fees will apply.
Please do not book installers until you have received and inspected your order. We are not responsible for costs caused by delays.
All units are custom-made, so orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, even if delivery is delayed.
Extra charges may apply for very large or heavy units. After delivery, the customer is responsible for safe storage—glass must be kept upright and in a dry, secure place.

All sealed double-glazed units supplied by us are made-to-measure according to the specifications provided by the customer. Once an order is placed and confirmed, no cancellations, changes, or refunds can be accepted, as each unit is manufactured specifically to your requested size and requirements.
2. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements, specifications, and glass details are 100% accurate at the time of ordering. We strongly recommend double-checking all dimensions before submitting your order.
If an error occurs on our side during manufacturing, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at the time of ordering via our online system. Orders will only enter production once payment has been received and cleared.
4. Production & Lead Times
Typical manufacturing times:
Standard Clear Glass Units: 24–72 hours
Toughened or Special Glass Units: 3–5 working days
Express production may be available for an additional charge and is subject to availability.
5. Delivery & Collection

Customers must inspect all items upon delivery or collection. Any damage or concerns must be reported within 24 hours, along with photographic evidence.
6. Refunds & Replacements
Because each unit is custom-made:
No refunds or exchanges will be given for incorrect sizes or specifications provided by the customer.
If a manufacturing fault or error occurs on our part, we will replace the unit(s) or issue a full refund.

Incorrect measurements submitted by the customer
Installation issues or damage occurring during or after fitting
Delays caused by supplier shortages, couriers, or external factors outside our control
8. Trade Accounts
